Post by Ryth » Tue Apr 28, 2020 10:58 am

Chairman

The first in the chain of command is the Chairman who is the top most authority of Doom Corp and for lack of a better word, is the owner of the entity. While his name is not publicly disclosed, he is believed to be a relative of the founder of the order of doom, Dr. Victor Frankenstein. He holds majority shares in the company, over 60% of it. It is believed he owns the other 40% through faux identities and enterprises, though all of that is only speculation.

The Board of Directors

There are 10 board of Directors in Doom Corp, each tasked to handle a region of the world under them. As such, there are 10 multinational branches of the company that further diversifies to include the region in their sphere of influence. Ryth's grandmother Annabel Danger is the director over SE Asia region.

Branch Managers

The Branch Managers work on site as the public figurehead of the branches, handles all matters of local and foreign policies of the branch and is tasked with making sure the company image is maintained in public's eye

Communications Liason: This man or woman is usually a local, exists to make communication between the branch and the local authorities efficient and smooth. Usually a man with a solid background, career in politics or friends in high places is preferred and sought.

Operations Managers

Unlike Branch Managers tasked with the Administrative aspects of doom corp branches, an equally powerful figurehead presides in every branch, the Operations Manager. His job is to communicate with the field agents and branch managers to distribute agents towards potential jobs. It is their responsibility to measure the scope of resources and expertise required for a contract or contracts and make sure they succeed in their given job.

Operators

Operators report to their operations manager. He or She will be tasked with handling the field agent, communicate, direct and work with the field agent to make sure the job is successful. Operators are often tech savvy and are hired based on this qualification.

Agents

An Agent of Doom Corp is its most primary work force. Graduates of the college, they join various branches depending on areas of expertise, and are all capable, knowledged and trained in the art of combat and self defense over all.

Network Coverage

As it is important to keep its agents and operators connected across the globe, Doom Corp has bought satellites for this purpose. The two satellites in question orbit Earth in its hemispheres respectfully, making sure none of its field agents lose contact with their operators. Because of the kind of jobs that the agents take, it becomes very important to know their whereabouts in case backup needs to be sent to that particular agent.

Doom Corp's global reach had made it necessary for its agents to be there on time. For this purpose, its agency bases located in each of its 10 divisions house a teleport relay. These communicate signals across regional PDA's and the satellites to translocate its users in real time, limited only to certain nodes around the relay.

Doom Corp satellites function to isolate energy signatures belonging to ghosts, demons as well as spirits, the satellites sensory and radar equipment being fine tuned for this purpose, it keeps a fluctuating database of new, old, solved and unsolved cases of paranormal activities, some siphoned off of the internet, others from agent uploads. This serve to give the Doom Corp agent an accurate depiction of the development of paranormal phenomenon across the globe, which sometimes aid individual agents in the prediction of where the next big demonic activity is going to arise in. It also just serves to tell the agents to avoid a particular region or to simply bring along enough manpower and backup if one decides to take on such a task.

Though of course the bigger the risk, the more points you get and the more you can buy with those points. So as always, its up to ones ability the level of exorcist job you want to take on. Because they tend to range from lesser ghosts to arch demon level threats.

The ten divisions of Doom Corp help the company to diversify and cater to the intrinsic needs of the locality in question. Understanding that the global distribution, behavioral patterns and constitution of paranormal activities tend to differ leads to the success of Doom Corp in being able to deal with arising circumstances. Agents of Doom Corp are encouraged to have an open mind, to learn and adapt based on circumstances that they face. It runs on the idea that you can never quite stay ahead of the curve. And so, the companies investments tend to bend and twist in favor of what it faces.

Igor Stosik the South African native controls and leads the SA Branch of Doom Corp. Under his leadership, the SA branch sees perhaps the lowest number of recorded cases of hauntings and demon nuisances. This is both a good thing and a bad thing for a company that monetizes the business of exorcism. Therefore, Igor has launched and is spearheading a campaign to explore dangerous ruins and locations across South Africa in a bid to farm enough valuable resources to keep his branch afloat.
