In a steam punk world where cities are built on the backs of huge dragons and spirits, humans and horned elves walk the streets, even the inhabitants of this world have a hard time understanding the spirits they unknowingly neighbor. When they believe their bad luck is caused by these spirits the inhabitants of this world call on a spirit detective to cure the spirits. Timi Ouni is one such spirit detective and he's recruiting interns. Not everyone can notice spirits so spirit detectives are usually expensive but Timi will do jobs for anyone he can pay him even a little. This also makes him a target to many other spirit detectives.
