Section rules are no longer a necessity, due to the similarity between sections.

Standards for Inter and Advanced have been updated to just a paragraph for Inter and two paragraphs for Advanced, no specifics. As long as you're consistently hitting your mark, you're fine. Go to a section you're unfamiliar with and try your best!

A Username Change service has been added to Help and Suggestions, as well as an Account Recovery service for lost passwords.

GMs have been given more power. They can set standards for their RP and CSes, as long as it falls in line with the section's general standard. For example: If you have a Casual RP, you can request that users don't post one-liners, but you can't ask them to consistently post a paragraph (as that is Inter's standard).
