Name: Lok

Nickname/s: None.

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Hair color: Bald.

Eye color: Brown

Height and build: Five foot Nine. Lean and toned. Weighes roughly 140 lbs.

Appearance info: A man with a great many markings.

Cent loyalty: The Rara. Or "running men." A group of hunters who follow the old ways of the hunt and condition themselves and their offspring to run and chase down prey the same way which various people did during pre-historic times. Joining the tribe incurs grueling trials out of in the frontier to scavenge and hunt with nothing more than either spears, axes or bows and arrows. Guns and traps are not allowed.

Being comprised of many races, they instead adorn themselves with markings and reward merit. Most everyone in the tribe is adept with both hunting and has at least some degree of skill in cooking and prepping meat.

Clothing preference: He wears very little most often -- usually only choosing to run outside with nothing more than leather animal skin wrappings around his feet if he chooses to wear anything at all on his feet. During the colder months, he will usually wear a ragged hoodie. Or whatever else he can find.

On his arms are two bracers. The only thing whifh may be considered armor. Often so that he can put something between himself and the jaws of a wild beast.

Weapons:
  • Spear: A long stick carved out a sturdy, laminated wood well suited for break bone and standing up to the likes of sword and animal teeth alike. Tipped with a long solid steel knife made by a blacksmith. Features a sharp tip that can be driven into the ground to be anchored.
  • Knife: A Bowie Knife made from a steel file. Extremely hard and has sword like cutting power, able to chop wood and skull in half alike. As well as hack off limbs.
Possessions:
  • Backpack
  • Lantern with candles
  • A plastic jar of Honey.
  • Several Granola Bars
  • Energy Bars
  • Several dark chocolate bars.
  • A small bag of Jolly Ranchers.
  • Bags of beef Jerky
  • A pot to boil water and lid.
  • A lighter.
  • Several Bottles of water.
  • Studded Gambeson Bracers- Functions as forearm armor.
Background: The man's tale is one of a man who is simply out to prove himself. Always one to get himself in trouble and harbor views outside of those of the tribe -- he was the first who chose to volunteer to explore the Frontier in the name of the Rara. And to search for a potential food grows more and more scarce and crops non-existent.

He expected to return sooner than later. Possibly to find resources for the tribe as a whole to gather, unless he meets his demise.

Skills/talents:
  • Endurance: A high tolerance to pain, discomfort, prolonged exertion and fatigue.
  • Ultra-Marathon Stamina: Able to run miles upon miles with minimal food to chase down animals such as deer, rabbits, elk and other such creatures.
  • Spear Throwing: Can throw a spear with great accuracy.
  • Spear-Fighting: Similar to bayonet fighting. Is trained to fight armored and unarmored opponents using a spear.
  • Hunting: Able to hunt down and kill down most animals.
  • Skinning: Able to skin animals and devise pelts from their hides.
  • Cooking: Mostly able to cook meats.
  • Tracking: Able to track the trail of people and animals through the wilderness using tracks and disruptions in the brush. He relies on mostly visual ques and investigation to find people.
  • Hand-to-Hand combat: Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling
  • Feet Conditioning: Has very hard feet capable of running bare foot in the wilderness and the street.
  • Climbing: Can climb various rocks, natural objects and even traverse urban terrain in a manner similar to parkour.
Personality: At times seemingly distant and emotionally controlled, Lok is a stoic. Conditioned to be accustomed to death, he has developed tendencies towards pragmatism, loose morals and ruthlessness towards allies and enemies alike. Lok is however at the very least capable of compassion should it prove to have no detriment and more curious of "outsiders" then he would like to admit.

Others view me as: Lunatic. Thug.

Name: Kaila

Age: 20

Gender: F

Hair color: Dark blonde

Eye color: blue

Height and build: 5’6” - athletically built, with defined muscles, with the slightly wider hips of someone who’s had a baby or two.

Clothing preference: Woven fabrics, usually rougher homespun - linen or cotton in the summer, wool in the winter. Her clothing is often decorated with small beads of painted clay, tightly sewn on.
Image
.
Cent loyalty: The Motherhood.
In a post-apocalyptic world, someone has to be committed to repopulation. Certainly there are other Cents where it’s possible to raise a family, but the Motherhood is committed to the ideal. Full membership in the Motherhood Cent is strictly limited to women who have proven their ability to bear a child. As no family can be strong if the only thing they court is one another, the women of child-bearing age spend a lot of time traveling, seeking out interesting men more or less like prized studs. The women return to the Cent when it’s time to have a baby, and the child is reared by the Cent, mostly by women past their childbearing years. Young women traditionally remain with the tribe for a year after bearing their first offspring to act as wet nurses for any children born in that period, but with later offspring they’ll only remain for a month or two. Some of the girls may later be inducted into the tribe. The boys and the rest of the girls are sold into other Cents when they’re around 8-12 - not so much as slave labor, though there is no doubt that happens as well, but mostly so that other Cents can continue to exist without the tedious process of child-rearing.

Members of the Motherhood are marked with a tattoo of a flowering vine up one arm. A flower is added for each live birth, a leaf for each miscarriage or stillbirth.

Background:
Kaila was born into the Motherhood and raised by the clan along with all the other children of the clan. The Motherhood makes very little distinction as to who belongs to whom during childhood - all children of Clan mothers are children of the Clan. She learned to work with textiles, often gained in trade for children of the clan. As she showed promise, she was kept rather than sold, and sent out into the world at 14. She returned to the Clan a year later, to have her first child, and remained there for the traditional year before setting out again. She’s borne two more children since, leaving the last of them behind two months ago to set out into the world once more.

Weapons:
A pair of sharp knives, multi-purpose, used for self-defense or skinning or filleting or harvesting

Possessions:
Knives - 2, multipurpose
Rucksack - knitted wool
Drop-spindle
Knitting needles - small gauge, medium gauge, large gauge
Small metal pot
Small clay pot
Spoons - wooden, 1 small, 1 large
Clay cup
Blanket / bedroll - wool

Skills/talents:
Textile arts - Knitting, crocheting, weaving, sewing
Foraging - Kaila is not much of a hunter, but she’s very good at knowing edible plants and finding things like eggs or insects. She’ll hunt opportunistically - if there’s an injured animal, she can bring it down, but she’s not primarily a hunter.
Cooking - can make a reasonably edible meal out of just about anything.

Personality:
Open, but not overly excitable. Kaila doesn’t keep secrets, nor do anything that would require her to start keeping secrets. She’s comfortably secure in the knowledge that she’s already left behind a handful of descendants, so even though she’s continuing to attempt to do so, she feels like she’s done her part and her legacy will continue, so she doesn’t need to worry overmuch about things.

Others view me as:
Either a heroine or a brood-mare, depending on how they feel about the Motherhood.

Character theme:
Setting Sail, Coming Home

Miscellaneous:
The tattoo on her left arm has three morning glory flowers and two ivy leaves

Name: Sei

Age: 25

Gender: Female

Hair color: Light brown

Eye color: Hazel

Height and build: Wiry and moderately tall, standing at 5'10".

Appearance info: If anything peturbs her, Sei lets nothing betray her impassionate smile. She makes an effort to appear well-mannered and unbothered in any situation, speaking plainly when she feels the need to.

Clothing preference: Sei seemingly wears business formal attire from the days of the Anno Domini period, complete with a deep grey long coat, tie. Old black work boots complete the ensemble. Her clothes are noticeably faded, very well-worn and unironed, but mostly clean (save for some stubborn stains) from regular washing over the course of many years. While capable of wearing something less classy, she much prefers her neo-noir look when interacting with others.

Weapons:
  • Pistol Crossbow: A sleek miniature crossbow that is usually kept on Sei's belt, concealed underneath her long coat. With an effective range of 50 meters, it is always kept loaded in the case of an ambush with spare ammunition clipped to the receiver. More bolts are kept clipped to the other side of Sei's belt.
  • Knives: Strapped to her belt, outer thigh, inner calf, and the small of her back are holsters containing identical small knives, numbering four in total, in the case of unavoidable close-quarter combat or simply mundane tasks requiring a sharp tool. Sei's coat conceals most of them from view.
Possessions:
  • Worn black leather business satchel
  • Bandages
  • Durable notebook and several pencils
  • Salt bottles
  • Bottles of painkillers
  • Flask of alcohol
  • Old Zippo lighter
  • Pouch of tea leaves
  • Small thermos
  • Several freeze-dried food packs
  • Spare clothes
  • Spool of wire
Background: Sei is in the minority of those that venture through the Frontier without a Cent to call home. She calls herself a historian and keeps on the move, travelling from Cent to Cent, occassionally even making her way to societies outside the Frontier if only for brief periods of time. Upon arriving at a Cent, Sei offers to sell luxury or in-demand items in return for comparatively little, staying for a few days before departing and repeating the cycle with another settlement. During her stays she is frequently observed asking questions about traditions and culture, curiously probing into the typical lifestyles of settlers.

Before her current lifestyle, she was raised outside of the Frontier in a settlement not far from its border in an orphanage, homeschooled by the matron until she turned 8, then was adopted. It was then Sei was taught all manner of subjects ranging from history and economics all the way to how to fight and administer medical aid. Eventually, at the age of 16, Sei became a member of the peacekeeping force of her settlement and continued to serve until 19, at which point she quit and turned towards a job that would give an opportunity to venture outside of the settlement.

Skills/talents:
  • Poker-Faced: When she wants, nothing beyond the slightest of smiles or a completely blank expression is shown on Sei's face.
  • Aware: Sei is always mindful of her surroundings and the people she interacts with, staying perceptive.
  • Sketch Artist: Sei sketches with her pencil and notebook, but almost exclusively makes still-life drawings and realistic likenesses of buildings and people.
  • Medical Knowledge: Capable of basic first-aid and more advanced treatment depending on tools and facilities avaliable.
  • Markswoman: Sight, a functioning arm, a loaded crossbow, and a distance smaller than four dozen meters is all Sei requires to let loose a well-aimed steel bolt at any target she wishes.
  • Knife Fighter: Trained in the use of short knives, Sei is proficient in close-quarter combat with them.

Personality: Sei is polite and well-spoken, looking at the world from a perspective that could be considered coldly logical. She likes to communicate directly through words instead of actions, speaking frankly with others with no trace of discomfort. Despite this, however, she dislikes opening up about herself and avoids the topic whenever possible.

Others view me as: Mysterious and hard to get a read on, but well-intentioned.

Name:
Eden

Nickname/s:
Currently introduces herself as Aiden

Age:
24

Gender:
Female

Hair color:
White-ish blonde

Eye color:
Dark blue

Height and build:
Tall for a woman; standing at 5'11. Strong with an athletic build.

Appearance info:
Her long, naturally pale blonde hair is often tied back in braids, keeping it from falling into her rounded face. Small painted beads wrap around smaller strands, simply for the purpose of adornment. She has fair skin that's dotted with freckles when exposed to harsh sunlight.

Her back is intricately tattooed with markings and symbols - all of which represent the completion of each trial associated with her original Cent. Her face is also tattooed, binding her to the Caza indefinitely. Battle scars litter her arms, legs, and torso.

Cent loyalty (if applicable):
Originally Caza, but currently resides among the vastly different Fisk people.

The Caza:
Well-known for their warriors and wealth. Typically feared by other, smaller Cents, and as a result, are often paid to maintain peace. First and foremost, warriors fight for the Cent, but they can also be hired to protect other Cents or individuals should the price be desirable.

The Fisk:
A smaller, peaceful Cent located in the central area of the Frontier, surrounded by thick forests and vast lakes. They survive primarily by fishing. A tight-knit community that hardly sees outsiders.

Clothing preference:
Born and raised in the North, Eden grew up wearing thick animal furs and hardened leather. She would often don armor when apart  of the Caza. After she left, travelling further South to escape, Eden shed the clothing to go for something more weather-appropriate. She typically wears a cotton tunic that laces up the front along with darker pants, usually made with a similar material. Basically anything that allows her to blend in. While residing with the Fisk, Eden wears tightly bound leather sandals, though she keeps her old leather boots safely stashed away. Often times, Eden also throws on a thin cloak with a large hood, allowing for her face to remain hidden from the sun, and more importantly, from prowling eyes.

Weapons (if any):
-  A large sword, one that was made for her specifically when she turned 18.
- A handful of smaller throwing daggers (3).
- A beautifully carved wooden bow with engraved designs, paired with a small bundle (9) of matching arrows.

Possessions (if any):
- The clothes on her back
- Some of her old clothing and armor from the North: a large cloak made of animal furs, leather boots with matching gloves, a hardened leather tunic, along with an iron breastplate. She keeps these in her current residence, locked away safely inside a wooden chest.
- A cowhide backpack
- 4 metal fish hooks
- A coil of fishing string
- A small metal pot
- A metal cylinder/thermos, which is either filled with water or food.
- A reusable storage cloth made of beeswax. She typically uses this to store dried fish or other meals.

Background:
Eden was born into the higher ranks of the Caza Cent, one of the larger, and more wealthy groups within the Frontier. Located in north-east of the Frontier, the Caza are well known for their brutal upbringing, their blood-thirsty warriors, and their wealth. At the age of 8, their young begin the training process, which consists of numerous trails, testing their physical and mental strength. Children are reared within the group, though a large majority are bought from the Motherhood, in exchange for goods and protection.

Upon each trial completion, children are tattooed; permanently reminding them of who they are and what they did to become that warrior. Those unable to complete a trail, and as a result, unable to move forward with training, are either a.) used in other necessary daily tasks should they have a remarkable talent, b.) sold to another Cent, or c.) simply killed. Although Eden's father was well-known within the Cent, she had to complete the trials and training along with the other children.

At the age of 16, each adolescent is given the opportunity to purse another necessary trade for the remaining two years of their training years (i.e. carpentry, fishing, blacksmithing, gathering, etc). At this time, Eden chose to work with the youngest children, educating them and preparing them for what was to come.

Finally, upon the age of 18, each warrior faces their final test, solidifying them as a Caza warrior for life. Their faces are tattooed, so that they may never forget where they came from. And should they ever betray the Cent, the markings are recognizable enough to give-away a traitor. As a result, those who choose to leave, hardly (if ever), survive for long. Eden got her face tattooed eagerly, proud to finally become a Caza warrior.

At the age of 19, Eden fell pregnant with her first child. At 20, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy, who instantly became the love of her life. Despite her brutal upbringing, the young woman couldn't discard those maternal instincts, and so she succumbed to her duties of caring and providing for the boy. As the boy grew, her father saw his warrior daughter lose sight of who she was meant to be; someone who lived and breathed for the Cent, and the Cent alone. Someone who was meant to lead when the day came. So when her son was two years old, he was killed. Simply tossed aside, like the rest of the unhealthy undesirables.

Eden was stricken with grief, but most of all, she was filled with anger. So in the night she packed her belongings, slipped into her father's chambers, and slit his throat. Then she ran beyond Caza's gloomy walls, heading down south. Away from the cold, and away from her home.

Through her travels, Eden came upon many wanderers; some who were friendly, many who were not. She left a trail of bodies wherever she went, until she was far enough within the Frontier that the unfriendlies grew more scarce. Eventually she found the Fisk Cent, a community that was the complete opposite of what she was used to. She paid a local fisherman a heaping sum for a room, a job, and for pretending that he had hired her. At first, the community members avoided her like the plague, fearful that she may just murder them in their sleep. But as weeks went by, Eden proved herself to be a skilled fisher and an asset to the community.

Skills/talents:
- A skilled fighter in hand-to-hand combat
- A skilled fighter with a sword and knives
- An accurate shot with a bow and arrows
- Physically strong, quick, and agile
- Mentally tough

Personality:
Eden lives up to her home and upbringing, but only partially. Yes, she is a tough, calculating, and robot-like, but primarily when she is doing what she does best. She is also fiercely loyal, protective, and stubborn. But unlike what her father wanted, Eden is also emotional and motherly. As a result, she can make rash decisions that can end in disaster. Despite completing various gruesome trials, Eden has her own moral code, one that she tries to follow to the best of her abilities.

Others view me as:
Intimidating by most, an intimidating trained-killer by those familiar with the Caza.

Character theme:
https://youtu.be/iBqBWleWW0U

Miscellaneous:
Eden has a definite weakness for young children.

Name:

Gero (gee-row)

Age:

18

Gender:

Male

Hair color:

Black

Eye color:

Dark blue

Height and build:

5’9”; wiry

They call themselves the Pantheon, and they truly believe that they are gods among men. This is why, rather than the typical title of “Limbs”, the members are given one of four titles, and the head of the Cent is called the “Highest Power”.

The Cent was founded with the goal of conquering and controlling all of the Frontier, and thus, the main focus of the Cent is to have a large number of members “recruiting” people to join. The people who are the “recruiters” are given the title of Demigod, and this is the title that over seventy-five percent of Cent members are in.

About “recruiting”: quote marks are used around the word “recruiting” here, for the recruitment tactic is a bit more forceful than going around and asking people to join. Members are encouraged to go out into the Frontier and start battles with the people that they deem strong, whether they are already members of another Cent or not. When they wound or corner them to come, the members ask the person if they’d like to become a member of the Cent.

If they disagree, then the Demigod will use a “temporary debilitation” tactic, whether it be injectable tranquilizers, pressure pointing, or something else. However, members of the Cent are barred from immediately resorting to temporary debilitation, as the Pantheon’s goal is to establish social and physical prowess, and “there is no prowess amongst cowards or the trigger happy”.

Demigods are one of two positions that receive compensation in the form of tokens. These tokens can be used to pay for items that the Highest Power buys from traveling merchants. These tokens can also buy Mortals as personal servants (see below). Family members of a Mortal are barred from buying said Mortal.

At the end of every 5 years of working as a Demigod, a Demigod can choose to become a Light or stay a Demigod.

Those retrieved via “temporary debilitation” are treated as slaves and are given the title “Mortals”. They are forced, day in and day out, to work and hunt for food, till the infertile fields and attempt to grow produce, to go out and forage, are given minimal clothing, and are deprived of sleep. In addition to this, they are not allotted access to the markets, nor do they receive compensation for their work.

At the end of every 5 years of working as a Mortal beneath a Demigod, the Mortal is granted the choice of either staying a Mortal or becoming a Beast again.

Beasts are all new recruits, regardless of whether they were recruited on the Frontier or came here themselves. This, of course, does not include those classified as Mortals, since Mortals are not considered recruits. However, Mortals, if the Demigod that they serve so chooses, can become a Beast once again, and when they become a Beast again, they are treated as such.

Beasts, upon arriving at the Cent, begin a training camp of sorts that lasts six months. In this camp, the Beasts learn how to better fight and things along those lines, though much of it is connecting back to recruiting. Of course, during this camp, Beasts’ basic needs are filled: food, shelter, and water.

At the end of the camp, Beasts are asked to complete a final task. This tasks vary, but not a single task’s details have ever been released. If a Beast can complete this task, then that Beast is then promoted to their choice of being a Demigod or a Light (explained later). If the Beast cannot complete the task, then they become a Mortal.

Lights are those who choose to dwell in the Cent’s home city rather than venture out as a Demigod. One can become a Light by serving 5+ years as a Demigod and buying a retirement with tokens or choosing to become a Light after graduating the Beast’s training. Lights’ roles vary wildly, but the majority of Lights work as trainers for the Beasts. Others help to run the Highest Power’s office.

Some clean, some cook, some sew.

Some become parents as well, and the children have no title until the age of 13, when they become Beasts.

Lights, as they can choose what jobs to do, are either paid in tokens by Demigods for their services or are paid by the Highest Power. This means that Lights have the most financial freedom, though they themselves are not permitted to own Mortals. This means that they typically use their tokens to purchase items, materials, and goods through the Highest Power.

At the end of every 5 years of being a Light, the Light is granted the choice of either staying a Light or becoming a Demigod.

This system, though a bit delicate, is how the Pantheon runs as well as it does. It is absolutely massive, and it controls much of the northern portion of the Frontier. It hopes to grow and devour the rest of the expanse, but it will take time.

The markings of a Pantheon member are a string of symbols that vary from person to person. The string begins at the top of the spine and descends down the spine. The first marking is given when the person is recruited, joins, or becomes the age required to be a Beast. The marking of this is a square.

Each time the position of someone changes, a marking is added on their spine. The coding goes as follows:

Beast — square
Mortal — triangle
Light — circle
Demigod — rhombus

The oldest members tend to have strings that go all the way down to their tailbone.

He prefers to wear the clothing that his mother buys him. He’s a bit irresponsible and unfashionable, so he relies on his mother picking what he wears. He also wears armor and boots made from moose leather.

Weapons:
  • A knife that he made with his father. It was his first knife, but he’s kept it and continues to use it because of how reliable it is.
    Four throwing knives
    Four syringes of injectable tranquilizer
Possessions:
  • A satchel holding:
A crude water filter that makes brown water only slightly less brown; it works well enough, though
A misshapen glass bottle for water
Assorted dried meats in a medium-sized bag of some sort
    A small mission logbook

Born into the Cent, Gero has only known the cutthroat lifestyle. Though both of his parents were Lights (his mother worked with a few other people to make textiles; his father was a blacksmith), Gero constantly felt pressure to be strong, be stronger, be even stronger.

Growing up, he was bullied for him small stature and wiry frame. He grew coarse and short-tempered, and he determined that he would be the best Demigod the Cent had ever seen.

When he became a Beast, he was absolutely ecstatic— finally, he would prove himself.

And then he failed and was forced to become a Mortal.

He felt his parents, happy life, and promises of a proud future be stripped away from him as the symbol carver painfully tore a triangle beneath his square.

For five years, he went through absolute torment, and at the end of his five years, he agreed to become a beast again.

This time, he passed, and now, he’s out on his first recruitment excursion as a Demigod.

His parents apprehensively accepted him back into their house, gave him better clothing and enough food and materials to keep him alive on what is supposed to be a three week excursion, and wished him luck.

  • Agility: The ability not only to move around easily and quickly, but also the ability to interpret and understand scenarios, dangers, and situations quickly.

Dexterity: The ability to perform tasks easily and accurately with his hands. Obtained from his strenuous work as a Mortal.

Sufferance: The ability to work through pain, sleep deprivation, hunger, thirst, and other situations where suffering is involved. Again, obtained from working as a Mortal.

Steadfastness: Not backing down in the face of even desperately terrible odds.

Vigilance: Able to survey areas for both dangers and prospects.

Constitution: Does not get ill often. He’s able to survive and be relatively healthy, even with super unhealthy conditions.

Cunning: He has the ability to trick people into positions where they will be in positions beneath him, whether physically or emotionally, so that he can force them to join the Cent.

Accuracy: Through his vigorous training, he has become able to hit targets 98% of the time.

Personality:

He is a rather coarse, ill-tempered, spiteful boy who thinks that him doing this is somehow noble or somehow redeems him. He is mostly searching to overpower and prove those who doubted him wrong. He reads more like a spoiled brat though.

Others view him as:

Petulant, worthless; undeserving of his title

Background: Cy was the name given to a youngling born in the Cent of Motherhood. Since her birth, she had a weak eyesight and had trouble seeing. She was not aware who her mother was but rather she was raised by a group of women. She was taught to help other women and girls in the Cent and she was often tasked to help weaving clothes, cleaning and dusting. But she often messed up in simple tasks and most of the times, she ended up fighting other kids in the tribe. She was nicknamed a troublemaker and by the age of 8, she was auctioned off to another Cent known as Caza. She never knew why she was there but was told to follow the instructions.

All her life, she had lived with girls and women. This was the first time, she had a man who acted as a fatherly figure to him. Well, at least on the surface. He was a rude man who had bought many children from the Motherhood Clan. Out of all the kids, she performed the worst. As a Caza, she was supposed to be a warrior, but she never wanted to be one. It was as if it was pushed on to her. But she tried her best, often resulting in disappointment for others. She had one major issue, her eyesight was getting weaker as she grew older. Instead, she got better in serving others, making tea, cooking food, weaving clothes and all those things that were taught to her by the Motherhood. Her 'father' didn't like why she was just a maid for the warriors. He made her participate in a duel where she had to perform for her life or she would be sold off again. As a result, she trained for a few months with her siblings and finally, she was able to work with blades.

The day of fighting had come at last. She used to wear glasses to see clearly, but they slipped through her face a lot. It was a hurdle, she had tried hard to face. Even though she learned to leverage her other senses, but nothing could substitute the vision of the eyes. She was lost, but she was not killed by the other warrior as a pity for her. This enraged her 'father', who went straight to her and with two of his swords, he cut through her eyes down to her face making two streams of blood. She was then left to fend for herself. After she was given some basic treatment, tattoo was marked on her back making her an Outcast and was thrown out of the Clan.

She was left to fend for herself. Initially, it was difficult. She had to ask for help, but most of the times, she had to hunt her food. She had become malnourished but for some reason, her body type never changed even after consuming flesh a lot. As time passed, she began to do basic missions/tasks. She would do all kinds of tasks which earned money. Slowly, she learned how to kill others as skills from Caza Cent was helpful. She was just a adventurer then, taking all sorts of jobs in different Cents.

Skills/talents:
Heightened senses: She is blind. Her other senses such as Smell, hearing, etc have been sharpened which she leverages to her advantage.

Adept Swordsmanship: She has learned swordsmanship from Caza Cent and as a warrior, she is able to handle swords and other forms of blades.

Endurance: She has high endurance and has the ability to withstand damages. Her will to live makes her strong enough to never give up.

Accuracy: Despite being blind, her attacks are highly accurate, thanks to heightened senses. If she throws a dagger, it often hits its target with 95% accuracy.

Personality: Of course, a person who is sad from inside would show others the opposite face. She often expresses behaviour of that of a happy person. She often crack jokes, highly talks about goodness and kindness of the people, sometimes it feels she lives in a different reality. She never shows her sadness, and often swallow insults. She rarely talks back and indulge in violence unless it is absolute necessary. But she has a dark side, she is rarely affected by deaths of people.

Others view me as: People see her as a bubbly and easy-going type of person. They would make fun of her but she would laugh at that even though how hurtful it might be. But they still keep distance from her since she was the Frontier.

Character theme: Lilium: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MPVq30bPq6I

Miscellaneous: She has a pendent, and she was told it was with her since birth. May be her real mother gave her as a token of her motherhood.

Appearance info: Appearance information goes here.

Cent loyalty (if applicable): If your character belongs to a Cent, then say that here! Give the Cent a name, and tell what the symbol is and where it is on the body.

Clothing preference: Because this is post-apocalyptic, clothing choices may be limited, so be creative and specific on what their clothing typically looks like!

Weapons (if any): Do they carry any weapons? Remember, you have to transport these via your person, so you can't have anything heavy. Also, batteries are scarce, and electricity is practically non-existent, so be sure to keep that in mind.

Possessions (if any): Do they carry any possessions? Remember, you have to transport these via your person, so you can't have anything heavy. Also, batteries are scarce, and electricity is practically non-existent, so be sure to keep that in mind.

Background: What's their history? How did they end up in the Frontier? Did they come here by choice, or were they exiled? Perhaps they were born here? Give all the juicy details.

Skills/talents: Just don't make 'em too OP is all I ask.

Personality: What kind of person are they?

Name: Ashley Ashcroft

Nickname/s: Ash

Age: 21

Gender: Lady

Hair color: Brown

Eye color: Also brown

Height and build: 5'7" athletic

Appearance info: Ash usually keeps her hair short, and is usually mostly covered. Beneath those clothes though is a vast collection of scars. Her usual look being often a mix of curious and cold.

Cent loyalty: "Myselfian, as in just me."

Clothing preference: Ash sticks to a hoodie that's a bit large to help with hiding. Clothes beneath though are usually all selected to help with movement. Fatigues and sweats, tank tops almost exclusively. All of which is darker in colors. With the exception being socks, ranging from short to knee highs, from stripes to popular media characters older then she could hope to remember. This collection of socks though is her most valued and cared for treasure with second being her bow always on her.

Weapons: While having a hunting knife she considers her bow and arrows to almost exclusively be what she has.

Possessions: Alex ll her black stallion, a horse named after her mother. The first had been a motorcycle but keeping such a thing is difficult in these times. On Alex is a bag filled with books on the right and provisions on the left. The books focusing on things like traps, medicine, animals, hunting, cooking and so on. The right side has stuff for making fires, crafting tools or maintaining them, cooking, bathing and just getting by. A sleeping bag kept behind the saddle alongside most food and water she has with her.

A backpack is usually with her, consisting of a notepad with notes on everything Ash has picked up from the books just incase something was to keep her from Alex. She has with her a container of medical supplies and medicine, some of which she ground herself. Next to these supplies is drugs and poisons gathered. Neither medicine or poison is labeled, intentionally as a set up in case of emergency. She usually has materials for starting a fire, a few days of rations and two cantines of water.

Lastly is locks, be it on the supplies kept with Alex or with her she has a lock. Each with a different combination and no key, and on anything she can get to fit.

Background: Alex, the woman not the motorcycle or horse had been in a Cent. That Cent was called the Ouroboros they focused on medicine, poison and canibalistic rituals. They believed that they should eat the dead period, the animals, the insects, their dead. Alex, the woman not the motorcycle or horse, came to know someone though on a raiding party who tried to educate her of a better life. They found love beneath the stars and over time looked to distance themselves from the Cents they had come to know.

Her dad died by a raiding party before Ashley was born. When Ash was old enough to understand she was told by her mom, that the collection of socks was thanks to mostly what her dad had gathered for her. She would continue to try and help that collection glow as Alex, the person not the bike or motorcycle tried to teach Ash anything and everything she could. They would trade almost anything for books, and from a early age Ash was taught to trust in nobody. Until she was fifteen when for Alex, the bike not the person or horse was offered for Ash's mom.

The motrcycle was worth a trade, but slavery was not how an Ashworth was to die. It was expected for Ash to go into the camp of Cents at the dead of night and kill Alex, her mom not the bike or horse. She with a heavy heart went on to do so. Soaking an arrow in poison and firing it into the heart of her mother. Sense then it was her and Alex, the bike not her mother or the horse. Getting by on Ash's own mostly until the motorcycle gave out five months ago. Where she then would steal Alex II, that's the horse not the mom or motorcycle from a camp of cents.

Skills/talents: hunting/fishing , crafting, navigating, cooking, hiding, lock picking, surgery, remembering stuff, medicine and poisons, knife fighting. Mostly though in archery, a focus growing up had been in trying to not know a dozen fight styles or weapons but be a master of two. The focus as such is on the bow, making arrows, making different arrow heads when needed, and having the senses sharp enough to be astoundingly efficient with a bow. With knowing how to use the bow in close range for melee if need be, or in particular using arrows for melee weapons. While she focuses on the bow the second weapon was knife fighting. She's not the best in a fist fight, give her a knife though and one might be surprised how far she gets.

Personality: The kind of girl who collects socks, and trusts nobody? That not a answer? A sort of snarky quiet young woman who usually is kind of distant even when with others. She's incredibly studious with hearing and eye sight that seems to rarely miss much.

Others view me as: The quiet woman who collects socks

Character theme:

Miscellaneous: her favorite socks are the knee high pink ones with some sort of sailor girl, cats and moons on them. Second favorite is purple and fuzzy. These are reserved for sleeping or special occasions.
